胶接绝缘接头常见伤损病害及整治方法

摘  要：绝缘接头属于工务和电务的结合部，是轨道电路的重要组成部分。文章对胶接绝缘接头的作用及日常检查作业标准进行论述，同时对其常见病害的产生原因、整治方法和绝缘接头失效后的紧急处理进行总结归纳，以期为现场整治绝缘接头病害提供借鉴。

Abstract： Insulation joint is the joint of public works and electricity， and it is an important part of track circuit. This paper discusses the function and daily inspection operation standard of bonded insulation joint， and summarizes the causes of common diseases， treatment methods and emergency treatment after insulation joint failure， in order to provide reference for on-site treatment of insulation joint disease.

钢轨绝缘接头的作用是分割两相邻轨道中的信号电流，通过对信号电流的断路和短路来控制钢轨中的电流是否被接通，断路时表示无车占用轨道，轨道空闲，可以接发列车;短路时表示有车占用轨道，车间轨道监控系统产生红光带，无法接发列车，通常现场以信号灯显示红灯，这是铁路信号指挥系统的基础设备。（剩余5399字）
