乡村公路管理养护效能考核方法及应用

摘  要：针对道路通行能力、安全性、舒适性等方面，选取若干定性指标和定量指标，采用层次分析法（AHP法）构造乡村公路管养效能评价指标体系，并应用该方法对某镇管养的数条路段进行客观、全面地分析，有力地验证该模型在乡村公路管养效能评价中的应用及可操作性。

Abstract： Aiming at the aspects of road capacity， safety and comfort， a number of qualitative and quantitative indexes are selected， and the evaluation index system of rural highway management and maintenance efficiency is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）. This method is used to analyze several sections of a town objectively and comprehensively， which effectively verifies the application and maneuverability of the model in the evaluation of rural highway management and maintenance efficiency.
