岸桥司机室空调外机缓冲架的创新设计

摘  要：文章介绍新设计的一种用于岸桥司机室的空调外机缓冲架，在岸桥小车振动无法避免的情况下，将振荡源与空调压缩机隔离，用以解决岸桥司机室的家用分体式冷暖空调频繁出现断管、漏氨等故障，实践表明该缓冲架对延长岸桥司机室家用空调寿命有良好的效果。

Abstract： This paper introduces a newly designed external air conditioning buffer frame used in the quayside crane driver's room， which isolates the vibration source from the air conditioning compressor when the vibration of the quayside crane trolley is unavoidable. It is used to solve the frequent pipe breakage and ammonia leakage of household split air conditioners in the cab of quayside crane. The practice shows that the buffer frame has a good effect on prolonging the life of household air conditioners in the quayside crane cab.
