摘  要：文章首先整体阐述山区公路项目特征及线路挑选管控要素，并且进一步解析山区公路项目设计的基本准则，最后结合山区公路项目路线设计中需重点关注的问题提出相应的设计改进举措。以期为山区公路项目的高品质运作提供可参考的建议。

Abstract： First of all， this paper expounds the characteristics of mountain highway project and the management and control elements of route selection， and further analyzes the basic criteria of mountain highway project design. Finally， combined with the problems that need to be paid attention to in the route design of mountain highway project， the corresponding design improvement measures are put forward. In order to bring reference suggestions for the high-quality operation of mountain highway projects.

因为山区所处的地理环境极具复杂性，因此对其开展公路项目建设往往需要投入较为可观体量的人力资源与物力资源，这也导致长期以来山区公路项目的整体建设运作相比城市公路项目较为滞缓，无法有效契合广大山区民众的日常生活与生产需求，在很大程度上影响了国内各区域经济的均衡性发展。（剩余3872字）
