一种用于污水池中曝气器的清洗机器人系统设计

摘  要:采用Solidworks软件实现对机械结构的设计,依据流程分析实现软件设计,以满足工业生产领域替代性作业机器人的设计需求,在控制技术基础上展开对曝气池清洗曝气盘机械作业结构设计,实现一种用于污水池中水下曝气盘的清洗机器人设计。

Abstract: The design and realization of the mechanical structure is realized by using Solidworks software, and the software design is realized according to the process analysis, in order to meet the design requirements of the alternative operation robot in the industrial production field. Based on the control technology, the mechanical operation structure design of the aeration plate for the aeration tank cleaning is carried out, and the design of a cleaning robot for the underwater aeration plate for the sewage tank is realized.

当今工业发展迅速,工业污水的排放逐渐增多,影响着实际生产生活,而在污水处理环节中,最为紧要的是能够处理废水中好养生物量的维持,而曝气盘就是这一生物量维持的关键所在,曝气盘能够曝气产生该生物维持生存所需的溶解养量以及促进水下流体运动,增加处理废水的接触面积从而提高对污水处理的效率。(剩余3345字)
