医养结合型智慧养老服务平台设计

摘  要： 结合医疗和养老服务的养老模式，通过物联网等现代化信息技术，构建了医养结合型的智慧养老服务平台。该平台由感知层、网络层、数据层和应用层组成。借助于该服务平台，能够从家庭、社区、医院和政府机构等多方面为老年人提供高质量的智慧养老服务。

Abstract： In order to promote the senior care service model that combines medical and senior care services， a medical and senior care integrated intelligent senior care service platform is constructed through modern information technology such as Internet of things. The platform is composed of perception layer， network layer， data layer and application layer. With the help of this service platform， it can provide high-quality intelligent senior care services for the elderly from many aspects such as family， community， hospital and government agencies.
