高性能4145H钢石油钻铤生产工艺优化

摘要:因塔里木油田底层复杂,钻井深度超过7000m,客户对4145H钻具产品材料的冲击吸收能量、晶粒度、夹杂物含量等技术指标提出很高要求。通过对材料化学成分进行优化设计,并对冶炼、锻造、中频感应热处理等关键工序进行优化改进,使4145H钢达到钻铤高性能要求。

Abstract: Due to the complexity of the bottom layer of the Tarim Oilfield, with drilling depths exceeding 7000 meters, customers have high requirements for technical indicators such as impact energy, grain size, and inclusion content of 4145H drilling tool products. optimizes the chemical composition of materials and improves key processes such as smelting, forging, and intermediate frequency heat treatment to meet the high-performance requirements of 4145H steel drill collars.

1 序言
石油钻铤(见图1)采用4145H钢制造,技术要求一般采用美国API Spec7-1:2011《旋转钻柱构件规范》,是石油及天然气钻探开采过程中钻采设备必须使用的重要工具。(剩余6691字)
