摘要：塑料是重要的工程材料，经过一定的温度、压力塑制成形，因此对加工各种塑料制品的模具材料要求很严格，经过精湛的热处理能提高模具的使用寿命。阐述了模具失效的主要形式，提出了提高模具寿命的具体措施。

Abstract： Plastic is an important engineering material， after a certain temperature， pressure plastic forming， so the processing of all kinds of plastic products mold materials are very strict， after exquisite heat treatment can improve the life of the mold. This paper expounds the main forms of die failure， and advances some concrete measures for increasing die life.
