摘要: 为克服深层渗碳薄壁零件因渗碳、淬火而导致的变形,通过工件结构设计和专用防变形装置设计,实现厚度方向两端面均能渗碳、淬火,使变形可控,确保硬化层均匀一致,提高零件的耐磨性,确保产品质量稳定可靠。

Abstract: In order to overcome the deformation caused by carburizing and quenching of thin-wall parts with deep carburizing, through the design of work-piece structure and special anti-deformation device, both ends of the thickness direction can be carburized and quenched, and the deformation can be controlled, ensure uniform hardening layer, improve the wear resistance of parts, make product quality stable and reliable.
