压裂双头螺栓脆断原因探究

摘要:采用宏观断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、能谱及断口微观形貌分析、金相组织检测等方法,对早期脆断的压裂双头螺栓进行了分析。结果表明:压裂双头螺栓氢脆的主要原因是电镀工艺执行不到位。与此同时,从减少螺栓中渗氢量和减少应力两方面提出改进措施,以提高压裂双头螺栓的使用寿命。

Abstract: Macroscopic fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, energy spectrum and fracture microstructure analysis, metallographic structure detection and other methods were used to analyze the early brittle fracture of fracturing double headed bolts. The results indicate that the main reason for hydrogen embrittlement in hydraulic fracturing double headed bolts is inadequate execution of the electroplating process. At the same time, improvement measures are proposed from two aspects: Reducing hydrogen leakage in bolts and reducing stress, in order to improve the service life of fracturing double headed bolts.

在页岩油和致密油气等非常规资源开发中,高压管汇作为超大功率成套压裂装备的重要配套件,其承受着压裂泵排出的超高压、大排量的压裂液带来的不规则、多方向的巨大脉冲力,加上恶劣的作业工况,无论是泵排出端螺栓还是压裂头用螺栓,使用过程中失效现象时有发生,导致生产中断停机、停产,严重制约压裂作业的生产效率,造成了巨大的经济损失,成为压裂作业的短板。(剩余3415字)
