改善55钢零件高频感应淬火金相组织的措施

摘要:通过分析55钢制造减速器零件的高频感应淬火组织,并分别对零件的基体组织、感应加热功率、加热时间及淬火液浓度等影响淬火组织的各种因素进行试验验证,最后提出了改善55钢感应淬火金相组织的有效措施。

Abstract: This article analyzes the high-frequency induction quenching microstructure of 55 steel shafts, and verifies various factors that affect the quenching microstructure, such as the matrix structure of the shaft, induction heating power, heating time, quenching liquid concentration, etc. Finally, effective measures to improve the metallographic structure of55 steel induction quenching are proposed.
