壳体铸件3D打印技术的应用

摘要:壳体由于其复杂的形状,一直采用传统砂型铸造工艺生产,铸件毛坯在其底部往往存在缺陷,其缺陷产生的主要原因是铸件浇注系统设计的局限性。通过3D打印技术的引进与应用,解决了浇注系统的局限性,通过软件模拟浇注过程,模拟可能出现缺陷的位置,提高铸件的成品率。

3D printing technology application in the block casting

Abstract: The block was produced by casting technique because it's complex shape. The traditional casting process is sand casting, but the casting blank is often defective at its bottom, because the local of the casting blank in design of gating system.Now the limitations of the gating system are solved through the introduction and application of 3D printing technology,and simulate the pouring process and the defect part by software,improve the yield of castings.
