摘要:从产品及零部件结构出发,优化冷凝器支架、压板的结构,利用新型支架、压板特殊结构与集流管进行组装,无需再进行氩弧焊焊接就可以满足生产工艺要求,同时提高产品的生产效率和产品质量。

M系列汽车空调冷凝器芯体上配置4个支架、2个压板(进出管压板各1个),各压板、支架在集流管上定位及预固定,是利用专用工装通过氩弧焊点接的方式,要求每个压板、支架焊接4个焊点(正反两面各2点)。(剩余1584字)
