定点浇注熔炼炉炉底积渣原因分析及设计改进

摘要:结合生产实际,从定点浇注熔炼炉的结构形式、倾翻不同角度时炉体防尘板和炉架挡尘板间隙变化,对炉底积渣后ETR接地频繁报警原因进行了综合分析。改变炉前防尘组件设计;在炉体框架外侧增设了减振降噪的铝板防护装置;在炉底易积渣的三角区域处开设排渣槽并优化线圈设计等方式,有效地阻止了铁渣散落到炉底。

Abstract: Based on the actual production, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the reasons for frequent ETR grounding alarms after the accumulation of iron slag at the bottom of the furnace, including the structural form of the fixed-point casting smelting furnace, the changes in the gap between the dust-proof plate of the furnace body and the dust-proof plate of the furnace frame when tilting at different angles. Change the design of the dust prevention components in front of the furnace; An aluminum plate protection device for vibration and noise reduction has been added on the outer side of the furnace frame; Setting up slag discharge slots and optimizing coil design in the triangular area of the furnace bottom that is prone to slag accumulation effectively prevent iron slag from scattering to the furnace bottom.
