摘要:焊接变形主要是因为焊接热输入和焊接顺序不合理,导致结构件焊后残余应力集中或分布不均匀而产生的。焊接应力的消除最常规的方法是将工件进行焊后整体热处理,以最大限度地消除应力。介绍了船用发动机机座结构件的焊后热处理工艺,同时对施工作业进行了规范说明。

Abstract: Welding deformation is mainly due to unreasonable welding heat input and welding sequence, resulting in residual stress concentration or uneven division of structural parts after welding. The most common method for eliminating welding stress is to perform overall heat treatment on the workpiece after welding to minimize stress.This paper introduces the post-welding heat treatment process of Marine engine frame structure, and provides a standardized explanation for construction operations.
