摘要:以4mm厚X2CrNiN18-7不锈钢CMT堆焊试验为对象,探究焊接速度、送丝速度、弧长修正、焊接方向及气体流量对焊缝外观的影响,并通过具体的单一变量试验来分析各个参数对焊接过程及焊缝成形的影响。

Abstract: 4mm thick X2CrNiN18-7 stainless steel CMT weld overlay test as the object, to explore the welding speed, wire feeding speed, arc length correction, welding direction and gas flow on the appearance of the weld, and through a specific single-variable test discussion to analyze the impact of each parameter on the welding process and weld shaping.
