建筑钢结构厚板窄间隙气电立焊工艺研究

摘要:钢结构件中的焊接H型钢,其厚板T形熔透焊缝焊接以人工气体保护焊打底、填充为主,效率较低。通过介绍采用窄间隙气电立焊方法进行H型钢厚板T形接头熔透焊缝焊接的工艺试验,为H型钢厚板T形熔透焊接提供了一种可借鉴的焊接工艺方法。

Research on narrow-gap gas-electric vertical welding process of thick plate of building steel structure

Abstract: In the welding H-shaped steel of steel structure members, the welding of thick plate T-shape penetration weld is mainly based on artificial gas shielded arc welding, and the efficiency is low. This paper introduces the welding process test of T-shaped joint penetration welding of H-shaped steel thick plate by narrow-gap gas-electric vertical welding method, which provides a useful welding process method for T-shaped penetration welding of H-shaped steel thick plate.
