[摘 要]在配电网系统中，继电保护是一种重要的保护性装置，能够对故障区域起到切断、隔离的作用，有效避免了故障对整个电力系统的伤害。文章介绍了10 kV配电网继电保护系统的整定计算，探讨了智能电网背景下继电保护智能化管理的关键技术和应用功能，旨在最大程度地发挥出继电保护系统的功能价值。

Research on Relay Protection Setting and Intelligent Management of 10 kV Distribution Network

[Abstract]In the distribution network system， relay protection is an important protective device that can cut off and isolate the fault area， effectively avoiding the damage of the fault to the entire power system. Based on this， this article first introduces the setting calculation of the 10 kV distribution network relay protection system， and then explores the key technologies and application functions of intelligent management of relay protection under the background of smart grid. It is hoped that this can provide some inspiration and reference for relevant power units and practitioners， and maximize the functional value of the relay protection system.
