[摘 要]文章介绍了印刷电路板短路故障的常见类型及目前行业中常见的短路定位方法,分析了各类定位方法的优缺点和主要适用方向,阐述了矢量雷达短路定位仪的原理及应用,并通过实例验证了矢量雷达短路定位仪的实际应用效果。

[Abstract]The article introduces the common types of short circuit faults in circuit boards and the commonly used short circuit positioning methods in the industry. It analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, and main applicable directions of various positioning methods, explains the principle and application of vector radar short circuit positioning devices, and verifies the actual application effect of vector radar short circuit positioning devices through examples.

随着产品向智能制造与集成化高速发展,电子元器件与组件的尺寸不断微小化,排列密度随之增大,同时作为电子元件的支撑体——PCB的面积与层数不断增加,设计布局也愈加复杂,尤其是电源对地网络一般并联的元件数量非常多,而且对地短路在短路故障中占据的比例非常高。(剩余3101字)
