开关磁阻电机的散热工艺研究

[摘 要]开关磁阻电机作为1种高性能节能电机,逐步被市场认可,但是制约其发展1个重要因素就是功率密度只能和异步机相当。文章针对开关磁阻电机内部热源进行分析,从开关磁阻电机热传导方式进行论述,提出了1种改善电机散热的工艺方法,从而达到增加开关磁阻电机功率密度的效果。

Research on Heat Dissipation Technology of Switched Reluctance Motor

[Abstract]As a high-performance energy-saving motor, the switched reluctance motor is gradually recognized by the market, but an important factor restricting its development is that the power density can only be comparable to that of asynchronous motor. This paper analyzes the internal heat source of the switched reluctance motor, discusses the heat conduction mode of the switched reluctance motor, and proposes a process method to improve the heat dissipation of the motor, so as to achieve the effect of increasing the power density of the switched reluctance motor.
