[摘    要 ]市場竞争逐渐越演越烈，如何有效提高企业生产力成为吸引了广大企业的目光。对于烟机行业来说，提高企业生产力有利于加强企业经营管理，提高经济效益，增强企业竞争力。企业应该建立专门的成本计算管理体系和部门施工监管组织，提高精细化管理水平，实行全过程的有效分析。

[Abstract]Market competition is becoming more and more intense， how to improve enterprise productivity effectively has attracted the attention of enterprises. For the tobacco industry， improving the productivity of enterprises is conducive to strengthening the management of enterprises， improving economic efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises should establish a special cost calculation management system and departmental construction supervision organization， improve the level of fine management， and carry out effective analysis of the whole process.
