胶东调水工程莱州明渠段自动化调度系统现状及优化

[摘    要 ]自动化调度系统在胶东调水工程的投入使用，大大增加了调度运行效率，确保了调水工程的安全，但在该系统使用的过程中也发现一些问题。因此，主要对胶东调水工程莱州段自动化调度系统总体概况、运行现状及维护模式进行介绍，分析存在问题，以寻找解决方案。

[Abstract]The automatic dispatching system was put into use in the Jiaodong Water Diversion Project， which greatly increased the efficiency of dispatching operation and ensured the safety of the water diversion project. However， some problems were discovered during the use of the system. Therefore， it mainly introduces the general overview， operating status and maintenance mode of the automatic dispatching system of the Laizhou section of the Jiaodong Water Diversion Project， and analyzes existing problems to find solutions.

山东省胶东地区引黄调水工程是实现全省水资源优化配置、缓解烟台、威海两市供水危机，防止莱州湾地区海水入侵，改善生态环境，保证社会经济可持续发展的特大型水利工程，是我省建国以来投资最大的水利工程，是国家和省委省政府为从根本上解决胶东地区水资源供需矛盾而采取的重大战略决策。（剩余3822字）
