电磁阀可靠性提升及安全性评估分析

[摘    要 ]文章介绍煤焦制氢装置甲醇洗单元联锁切断电磁阀增加手动干预功能的实施过程,分析了增加手动干预功能后的安全性及可靠性提升方案。研究表明,电磁阀增加手动干预功能会降低安全性,而采用冗余阀组结构的电磁阀,可以提高可靠性且具有较好的安全性。

[Abstract]This paper introduces the implementation process of adding manual intervention function to the interlock cut-off solenoid valve of methanol washing unit in coal tar hydrogen plant, and analyzes the safety and reliability improvement scheme after adding manual intervention function. The analysis shows that the safety of the solenoid valve will be reduced by adding manual intervention function, and the solenoid valve with redundant valve group structure can improve the reliability and has better safety.

某公司煤焦制氢装置甲醇洗单元联锁切断电磁阀故障后,若未及时恢复会造成环境安全风险,鉴于甲醇洗单元液位三取二联锁可靠性较高,为确保异常情况下甲醇洗可以通过手动干预进行甲醇循环,计划对联锁切断电磁阀增加手动干预功能。(剩余2535字)
