[摘    要 ]科技发展将不断改革创新信息技术，计算机网络技术也将慢慢走向成熟。在计算机网络信息处理和安全方面，计算机技术和网络技术的应用可以在很大程度上解决网络用户对信息存储的需求，加快信息的传播速度，同时要加强网络安全方面的防护，提供一个安全的网络平台。
