[摘    要]金相检验是焊接质量检验的重要手段之一，其试样制备的结果，直接影响着焊接质量的最终评定。介绍一套焊缝金相试样制备的方法，方便从事焊接工作或金相检验工作的人员熟悉焊缝金相检验试样的制备工作，有助于该项工作的顺利开展，保证焊缝金相检验工作符合焊接质量评定的需要。

[Abstract]Metallographic examination is one of the important means of inspection in weld quality ，and the results of sample preparation directly affect the evaluation in weld quality.This paper introduces a set of methods for preparing metallographic specimen of welding auxiliary.It is convenient for those engaged in welding work or metallographic examination specimen to be familiar with the preparation of welding auxiliary metallographic examination samples.It is helpful for the smooth development of this work and ensures that the metallographic examination of welding auxiliary meets the needs of welding quality assessment.
