[摘    要 ]溶剂脱沥青装置原仪表采用二次盘装仪表控制，仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率仅97%、90%、95%，通过DCS改造更新為DeltaV中文控制系统，仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率分别提高至99.5%、99.7%、97.2%。

[Abstract]The original instrument of the solvent deasphalting device is controlled by a secondary panel-mounted instrument. The instrument integrity rate， automatic control rate， and stability rate are only 97%， 90%， and 95%. It is updated to the DeltaV Chinese control system through DCS transformation. The instrument integrity rate is only 97%， 90%， and 95%. The self-control rate and stability rate were increased to 99.5%， 99.7%， and 97.2% respectively.

溶剂脱沥青装置自1990年4月投产以来，其仪表一直使用二次盘装仪表控制，多数盘装仪表已经使用20余年，原产品厂家已停产，备品备件已不支持，加上装置原配置还有部分机械式仪表和气动基地式仪表，装置日常维护十分困难，无法满足安全长周期运行的需要。（剩余4693字）
