[摘    要]对于电线电缆生产而言，笼绞机是必不可少的设备。笼绞机最主要的是放线张力的控制，放线张力的控制必须通过通信进行数据的交换。介绍了5 GHz无线局域网在笼绞机通信中运用的一些特点及结果，以及其在笼绞机中的应用方式，提高笼绞机运行的稳定性，提供通信速率。

[Abstract]For the production of wire and cable， the cage strander is an indispensable equipment. The most important thing of the cage strander is the control of the pay-off tension. The control of the pay-off tension must exchange data through communication. This article introduces some characteristics and results of the use of 5 GHz wireless local area network in the communication of the cage twister， introduces its application in the cage twister in detail， improves the stability of the cage twister， and provides the communication speed.

目前籠绞机中的放线张力控制主要采用Profibus的通信方式进行数据传输，虽然Profibus具有高速低成本的特点，但随着产品的更新换代，Profinet的应用变得更加广泛。（剩余3459字）
