益肾明目汤对白内障肝肾阴虚证患者视力及晶状体混浊度的改善分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨益肾明目汤对白内障肝肾阴虚证患者视力及晶状体混浊度的改善效果。方法：将70例老年白内障患者纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组35例。参照组进行白内障手术治疗联合常规滴眼液，研究组患者添加益肾明目汤。对比两组患者晶状体指标、眼压、视力、炎性反应和并发症。结果：治疗后，研究组患者晶状体平均灰度值、晶状体浑浊面积、眼压水平、肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-6水平均低于参照组，晶状体厚度和视力水平高于参照组，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of Yishenmingmu Decoction on improving vision and lens turbidity in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of cataract.Methods：70 elderly patients with cataract were included in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group，with 35 cases in each group.The reference group received cataract surgery combined with conventional eye drops，and the study group added Yishenmingmu decoction.The lens indexes，IOP，visual acuity，inflammatory response and complications were compared between the two groups.Results：After treatment，the average gray value of lens，lens opacity area，IOP，tumor necrosis factor，interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 levels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group，and the lens thickness and visual acuity level were higher than those of the reference group，P
