在临床上，颈椎病是一种非常普遍的疾病，大部分的患者都是因为长时间保持相同的姿势进行工作和活动，从而导致了颈椎发生了退行性病变，最主要的表现就是颈部疼痛，伴随着不同程度的颈部僵硬、颈部活动受限和四肢麻木，对患者的日常生活产生了相当大的影响，严重限制了他们的生活质量[1-2]。（剩余3972字）
