【Abstract】Objective：To compare the clinical outcomes of antagonist regimen and PPOS regimen in IVF-ET of patient with Poseidon type IV.Methods：A total of 254 cycles of Poseidon type IV patients who underwent IVF-ET assisted pregnancy in our center from July 2020 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed，including 94 cycles in the antagonist group and 160 cycles in the PPOS group.
