【摘要】目的：分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。方法：选取2021年5月—2022年6月180例糖尿病患者，将其分为两组，各90例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式为糖尿病患者进行护理，观察组采用全程健康教育模式为患者进行护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者护理总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，护理后的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（P2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）和生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异显著（P

Observation on the application effect of the whole process health education model in the nursing management of diabetes
