【摘要】目的：探讨家庭康复护理对脊柱骨折患者身心健康及生活质量的影响。方法：此次实验共选取102例脊柱骨折患者进行研究分析，采取盲抽方式进行分组，对照组与观察组各51例患者，前者沿用常规护理模式，后者实施家庭康复护理，对两组实际应用效果进行评价和分析。结果：护理前，两组患者SAS、SDS以及生活质量评分对比基本无差异表现（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P

脊柱骨折作为骨科常见疾病，在外力的作用下引起的脊柱骨质有断裂，连续性中断，患者会表现为局部的疼痛，并且活动受限，严重的可能会伴随有脊髓神经损伤，会出现瘫痪、感觉的异常、大小便的异常，或者是功能的障碍，对此还需及时展开治疗，为提高康复效果，还应配合针对性护理服务。（剩余3793字）
