Effect analysis of Shujinhuoluo Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on shoulder joint function and inflammatory factor level in rotator cuff injury

中医认为肩关节损伤多是由于受到外界风寒湿邪或外伤等因素，多属“肩痹”范畴，病位在肩部，由于很多患者在术后会出现经络痹阻不通、气滞血瘀等原因而致筋脉血运不畅、肢体关节屈伸不利，因此在治疗上应以舒经活络、祛瘀止痛为主，且及时进行有效的干预治疗也是促进关节功能尽快恢复的关键，舒筋活络汤作为常用的活血化瘀药物[1]。（剩余3908字）
