老年高血压伴糖尿病患者护理过程中应用心理护理的效果研究

【摘要】目的：分析老年高血压伴糖尿病患者护理过程中应用心理护理的效果。方法：采用回顾性方法分析，选取2020年1月—2023年1月收治的70例老年高血压伴糖尿病患者为研究对象，根据护理方法分为对照组（35例，常规护理干预）与实验组（35例，心理护理）。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较无明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组以上血糖指标水平均降低，并且实验组血糖指标更低（P0.05）；护理后，两组焦虑及抑郁评分均降低，并且实验组焦虑及抑郁评分更低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing process of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods：Retrospective methods was used for analysis，70 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes who were admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing methods，they were divided into the control group （35 cases，routine nursing intervention） and the experimental group （35 cases，psychological nursing）.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood sugar，2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin between the two groups （P>0.05）；After nursing，the levels of above blood glucose indicators in the two groups were decreased，and the blood glucose indicators in the experimental group were lower （P0.05）；After nursing，the anxiety and depression scores of both groups decreased，and the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower （P
