【摘要】目的：探究与分析全面护理在腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石患者中的应用有效性。方法：从2022年1月—2023年1月我院收治的腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石患者中抽选100例列为本次研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组50例，实验组患者接受全面护理，对照组患者接受常规护理，对比两组临床护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分及疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，实验组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分及疼痛评分均低于对照组（P0.05）；护理后，实验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the application effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic treatment of patients with gallstones.Methods：From January 2022 to January 2023，100 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method，with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing，while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety score，depression score and pain score between the two groups of patients （P>0.05）；After nursing，the anxiety score，depression score and pain score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P
