【摘要】目的：探讨改良火龙灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：随机选取2021年3月—2023年10月我院收治的72例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组36例，对照组接受推拿法治疗，实验组接受推拿联合改良火龙灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组的JOA评分及VAS评分比较差异小，统计学无意义（P>0.05）；治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后，实验组的JOA评分均高于对照组，VAS评分均低于对照组（P

Clinical effect analysis of modified Huolong Moxibustion on cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of modified Huolong moxibustion on cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation.
