【摘要】目的：研究右美托咪定在妇产科麻醉与镇痛中的临床效果。方法：选取120例妇产科手术患者为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组（常规麻醉）和研究组（常规麻醉联合右美托咪定）。统计并比较两组的麻醉结果。结果：研究组麻醉起效时间、达峰效应时间及术后清醒时间均短于对照组，不良反应发生率（3.33%）低于对照组（25.00%），VAS评分低于对照组（P0.05；研究组在T2、T3及T4时间点的动脉压水平低于对照组（P0.05；研究组术后12及24h的MMSE评分均高于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia and analgesia in obstetrics and gynecology.
