【摘要】目的：探讨心理护理对泌尿外科患者术前心理焦虑症状的影响。方法：选取100例择期手术治疗的泌尿外科疾病患者，按随机数字表法原则，分成观察组、对照组各50例。对照组采取常规术前护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上增加心理护理。比较两组术前的焦虑情绪（SAS评分）与术前血压与心率指标。结果：两组患者术前1d的SAS评分均较入院时降低，观察组术前1d的SAS评分（43.35±4.25）分低于对照组的（48.16±4.88）分，差异有统计学意义（t=8.002，P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on preoperative psychological anxiety symptoms in urological patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients with urological diseases treated with elective surgery were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.
