婚前检查与孕前优生检查对优生优育的作用探讨

【摘要】目的：探讨婚前检查与孕前优生检查的联合实施对优生优育的促进作用。方法：选取1600对2022年1月—2022年12月期间接收的计划结婚或妊娠的夫妇，按照在我院参加的检查项目进行分组，各组800对。对照组单行孕前优生检查，观察组联合婚前检查，对比两组的实施效果。结果：观察组的婚检相关疾病检出率7.00%、满意度96.13%均高于对照组3.75%、93.13%，异常妊娠、新生儿缺陷发生率1.25%、0.25%均低于对照组3.00%、1.50%，具统计学意义（P

Exploration of the role of premarital examination and prepregnancy eugenics examination in eugenics and fertility

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the promoting effect of the joint implementation of premarital examination and prenatal eugenics examination on eugenics and childbearing. Methods： 1600 couples planning to get married or pregnant who were admitted between January and December 2022 were selected and grouped according to the examination items they participated in at our hospital， with 800 pairs in each group. The control group underwent a single prenatal eugenics examination， while the observation group underwent a combined premarital examination to compare the implementation effects of the two groups. Results： The detection rate of premarital examination related diseases in the observation group was 7.00%， and the satisfaction rate was 96.13%， which was higher than that in the control group by 3.75% and 93.13%， respectively.
