Analysis of clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac for oblique hernia in children

【Abstract】Objective： By utilizing laparoscopic techniques， we conducted high ligation of hernia sac in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia， exploring its clinical efficacy. Methods： 90 children with oblique inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the object study， and randomly divided into control group （45 cases） and experimental group （45 cases） by random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional high ligation of hernia sac， and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac.
