心绞痛属于临床上常见疾病类型，老年人为主要患病群体，此疾病是由于冠状动脉硬化窄小促使冠状动脉缺乏供血所造成的，使得心肌处于暂时缺血及缺氧状态，发作时患者胸部呈压榨性疼痛，疼痛可能蔓延至上肢或者心前区等部位，且伴有呼吸困难、心悸、出汗等症状表现，严重影响到老年人机体健康和生活质量[1-2]。（剩余4040字）
