【摘要】目的：分析慢性疾病轨迹模式护理对白血病患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的70例白血病患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取慢性疾病轨迹模式护理。结果：护理前，两组的沟通能力、个人强度、抗压能力、愉悦度以及情绪控制力评分无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后，两组的沟通能力、个人强度、抗压能力、愉悦度以及情绪控制力评分均明显升高（P0.05），护理后，两组的精神或心理维度、生理功能维度、治疗影响维度及社会关系维度评分明显降低（P

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Chronic Disease Trajectory Model Nursing on Leukemia Patients

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of chronic disease trajectory model nursing on leukemia patients. Methods： 70 leukemia patients were selected from our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022， and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group took routine nursing， and the observation group took chronic disease trajectory model nursing. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of communication ability， personal strength， stress resistance， pleasure and emotional control between the two groups （P>0.05）.
