【摘要】目的：分析玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年10月—2022年10月的82例过敏性鼻炎患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组服用氯雷他定，观察组联用玉屏风颗粒。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05），治疗后，两组的鼻痒、打喷嚏、鼻塞和流鼻涕症状评分对比均明显降低（P0.05），治疗后，两组的鼻腔纤毛运动速率和鼻腔通气面积均明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 82 patients with allergic rhinitis from October 2020 to October 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with loratadine， while the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）. After treatment， the scores of nasal itching， sneezing， nasal congestion， and runny nose in the two groups were significantly lower （P0.05）.
