集束化护理在颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用价值

【摘要】目的：分析集束化护理在颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的60例颅脑损伤患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取集束化护理。结果：护理前，两组的Fugl-Meyer评分和NIHSS评分无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后，两组的Fugl-Meyer评分和NIHSS评分均明显改善（P0.05），护理后，两组的情感职能、生理职能、总体健康、生理功能、生命活力、社会职能、躯体疼痛和心理健康评分均明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of cluster nursing in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods： 60 patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. 颅脑损伤大多数是由于车祸、外力打击和跌伤而导致，病变类型主要有头皮裂伤、颅骨骨折和颅内血肿等，病变期间颅脑损伤患者主要表现为疼痛、交流障碍和意识模糊等，如果没有及时进行治疗，极易导致颅脑损伤患者出现脑积水、颅内感染、或脑疝等并发症，对患者的生命安全造成严重的威胁[1-2]。（剩余4140字）
