全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用价值

【摘要】目的:探讨在血常规检验中运用全自动血细胞分析仪的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年7月在我院进行血常规检验的182056例血液样本,从中抽选300例血液样本作为本次研究对象,先后进行血液涂片细胞形态学检验以及全自动血细胞分析仪检验,分析检验结果。结果:经全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞、白细胞、以及血小板检测率均高于血液涂片细胞形态学检验,嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞均高于血液涂片细胞形态学检验,淋巴细胞以及单核细胞检出率均低于血液涂片细胞形态学检验,但二者相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);二者联合检测检出率均高于单一检测,具有统计学意义(P

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the application value of automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination. Methods: a total of 182,056 blood samples were selected from January 2020 to July 2022 for routine blood test in our hospital, and 300 blood samples were selected as the subjects of this study. The results were analyzed by blood smear cell morphology test and automatic hematology analyzer test successively. Results: By automatic blood cell analyzer detecting red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets rate were higher than in blood smear cell morphology test, basophils and eosinophils and neutrophils were higher than in blood smear cell morphology test, lymphocyte and monocyte cell morphological detection rate is below the blood smear to test, but no statistical significance compared with both(P>0.05); The detection rates of both combined tests were higher than those of single test, with statistical significance(P
