【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of intensive nosocomial infection nursing on nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance rate of severe inpatients. Methods： From May 2020 to April 2022， 82 critically ill inpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups， 41 cases in each group. 重症住院患者病情危重，患者住院时间较长，同时患者多需长时间卧床休息，存在营养摄入不足、活动量不够、免疫能力降低等问题，机体抵御能力减弱，容易出现院内感染问题，不仅会加重患者病情，延长患者恢复时间，还会增加患者预后风险，不利于患者状态恢复，增加患者及其家庭负担[1-2]。（剩余4722字）
