【摘要】目的：探讨胸部外伤肋骨骨折护理对肺功能的影响。方法：从本院于2021年1月—2022年1月间收治的胸部外伤肋骨骨折患者中，收集90例患者为本次研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组两组，每组45例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用个体化护理。结果：在肺功能指标方面，护理前，两组患者FVC、FEV1数据差异不明显，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，实验组FVC、FEV1均高于对照组（P0.05）；护理后，实验组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of nursing care of rib fracture in thoracic trauma on pulmonary function. Methods： From the patients with thoracic trauma and rib fracture treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022， 90 patients were collected as the subjects of this study and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing， and the experimental group received individualized nursing. Results： In terms of pulmonary function indexes， there was no significant difference in FVC and FEV1 between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）.
