【摘要】目的：探讨锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值。方法：选取2021年5月—2022年8月收治的60例四肢骨折患者，将受试者进行随机分组，各30例，对照组与研究组患者分别行常规钢板内固定与锁定加压钢板治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术相关指标、关节活动度及并发症发生率。结果：与对照组治疗有效率（80.00%）相比，研究组（96.67%）明显更高（P0.05）；研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical value of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.
