优质的手术室护理干预对糖尿病伴胆石症患者的应激水平及炎症状况的影响

【摘要】目的：探究分析优质的手术室护理干预应用于糖尿病伴胆石症患者手术中的效果及对患者应激水平、炎症状况的影响。方法：将200例开展手术治疗的糖尿病伴胆石症患者通过护理方式的不同随机均分为两组。A组开展常规护理，B组开展优质的手术室护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：B组糖尿病伴胆石症患者接受优质的手术室护理后，应激指标、炎症因子水平均优于A组，疼痛VAS评分显著下降且明显低于A组，感染、穿孔、出血、腹痛等并发症的发生率更低，差异存在统计学意义（P

Effect of Operating Room Care on Stress Levels， Inflammatory Status in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus with Cholelithiasis

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate and analyze the effect of quality operating room nursing interventions applied to surgery in patients with diabetes mellitus with cholelithiasis and the effect on patients’ stress levels and inflammatory status. Methods： 200 patients with diabetes mellitus with cholelithiasis who underwent surgery were randomly divided into two groups by different care methods. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After the patients with diabetes mellitus with cholelithiasis in group B received high-quality operating room care， the stress indicators and inflammatory factor levels were better than those in group A. The pain VAS scores were significantly lower and significantly lower than those in group A.
