阿卡波糖与二甲双胍治疗社区糖尿病患者的效果对比

【摘要】目的：对社区糖尿病患者采用不同药物治疗的效果进行比较。方法：选取我院2020年4月—2021年4月期间收治的98例糖尿病患者，随机分为A组（二甲双胍）和B组（阿卡波糖），对比两组疗效。结果：临床疗效比较，A组（95.92%）与B组（91.84%）比较无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后血脂水平方面，A组总胆固醇为（4.01±0.21）mmol/L、甘油三酯为（2.15±0.36）mmol/L，均低于B组的（5.14±1.18）mmol/L、（2.17±0.34）mmol/L（P

Comparison of the effect of acarbose and metformin in the treatment of diabetic patients in the community

【Abstract】Objective： To compare the effects of different drug treatments in community diabetic patients. Methods： From April 2020 to April 2021，98 diabetic patients in our hospital were randomly divided into group A （metformin） and group B （acarbose）.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between group A （95.92%） and group B （91.84%）（P>0.05）；In terms of blood lipid levels after treatment，the total cholesterol in group A was （4.01±0.21） mmol/L，the triglyceride in group A was （2.15±0.36） mmol/L， which were both lower than （5.14±1.18） mmol/L and （2.17±0.34） mmol/L in group B（P
